What you will do
- Lead executive-level innovation sessions to help customers discover and build AI-driven solutions based on 's culture of innovation.
- Design and implement scalable engagement frameworks and operational playbooks to scale innovation experiences across the APJ region.
- Develop next-generation content modules focused on Generative AI, agentic systems, and applied AI.
- Collaborate with field sales teams and solutions architects to drive solution adoption and measurable business outcomes.
- Monitor industry signals and competitive moves to maintain a forward-looking innovation roadmap.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting.
- Proven track record of developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at an organizational level.
- Expertise in applying AI/ML capabilities (Generative AI, agentic systems) to solve business problems.
- Experience presenting to technical and non-technical executive audiences.
- Japanese fluency and Business level English required.
- Must be based in Tokyo, Japan.
