What you will do

• Coordinate daily operations for the Creative Team in Malaysia.
• Manage capacity planning, resource allocation, and project tracking to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with regional Production and Operations teams to define briefs and manage partner relationships.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a diverse team of artists and creative professionals.
• Partner with talent acquisition to interview and retain top-tier creative talent.
• Continuously review and improve creative pipelines, technology, and workflows.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Creative Design and Production industry.
• Proven expertise in leading, arranging, and growing creative teams.
• Strong background in project scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
• Solid understanding of creative and agile workflows, including Marketing and UI/UX.
• Must hold a valid passport and be willing to travel regularly.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholder management.

Nice to have

• Experience within the gaming sector.
• Previous experience in UI/UX industries or agencies.
• Professional proficiency in Japanese, Mandarin, or Cantonese.
