What you will do

• Co-author patch and campaign strategies in partnership with Brand, Creative, and Leadership.
• Oversee end-to-end production of all patch content from concept to delivery, ensuring high quality and brand consistency.
• Optimize patch budgeting and resource allocation using the Central Airtable Publishing System (CAPS).
• Monitor content performance metrics and conduct quality audits to refine future strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and creative teams to support broader business objectives.

Requirements

• Fluent in spoken English and Mandarin.
• 5+ years of experience in campaign, production, or project management with a track record of leading creative delivery.
• Expertise in managing the full lifecycle of complex marketing campaigns, including video and art production.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Airtable, Favro, Smartsheet and digital asset management tools.
• Technical skill in delivery validation using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator).
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills to coordinate internal teams and external partners.

Nice to have

• Experience in marketing for mobile, PC, and/or console games.
• Specific experience in UA & ASO project management.
