What you will do

• Implement Salesforce functionality for offers, pricing, approvals, contracts, and order activation.
• Configure and customize commercial workflows, including contract terms and restrictions.
• Build logic for booking confirmations, deposits, tax setup, and payment processes.
• Support billing and payment operations such as invoicing, balance tracking, and dispute handling.
• Integrate revenue-related processes with upstream intake flows and downstream finance operations.
• Handle complex transaction exceptions including cancellations, pricing changes, and amendments.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on development experience on the Salesforce platform.
• Deep understanding of Quote-to-Contract and Order-to-Cash architecture.
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Flow, and complex integration patterns.
• Experience with Revenue Cloud, CPQ-style logic, and complex pricing structures.
• Strong programmatic skills for building robust Apex triggers, batch jobs, and LWC interfaces.
• English proficiency: Intermediate+ (B2) or higher.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Commerce Cloud architecture knowledge.
• Active Salesforce certifications (CPQ Specialist, Billing Specialist, Revenue Cloud Consultant).
• Experience with royalty-related commercial data models.
• Solid grasp of accounting basics like revenue recognition and cash collection.
