What you will do

• Oversee QC operations at factories, covering inspections of raw materials, in-process/in-line production, and finished goods.
• Guide manufacturing partners’ QC and production for in-line quality control, including first production qualification, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
• Investigate and resolve quality issues, including customer complaints and non-conforming materials.
• Prepare and submit quality control reports, including inspection results, audits, and non-conformance reports.
• Ensure factories comply with company standards and good documentation practices by maintaining accurate inspection and test records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, or a relevant field.
• 10+ years of proven quality control experience, ideally in consumer goods or retail.
• Quality control experience in a manufacturing environment and/or field quality experience.
• Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Proven root cause analysis skills in a manufacturing context.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across different partners.
