A fast-growing international group in the sports nutrition sector, operating lean and agile across the UK, New Zealand, and Australia.

What you will do

• Manage daily bookkeeping for three entities in Xero, including bank and intercompany reconciliations.
• Complete month-end close processes, including journals, accruals, and adjustments.
• Prepare consolidated monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Handle tax requirements for BAS (AU), GST (NZ), and VAT (UK).
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support stock reporting and reconciliations.
• Analyze operational costs and build financial models to identify savings and efficiency improvements.

Requirements

• CPA (or equivalent) certification required.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles.
• Strong proficiency in Xero, preferably with multi-entity experience.
• Proven experience in inventory and stock management.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
• Must be available to work during NSW, Australia business hours.
