What you will do

• Design and own enterprise agentic AI architectures on AWS.
• Build multi-agent orchestration, RAG systems, and tool integrations.
• Define evaluation frameworks, monitoring, and production governance.
• Integrate AI systems into complex enterprise platforms and legacy environments.
• Lead technical workshops with executive stakeholders including CTOs and CIOs.
• Provide architectural leadership, design reviews, and delivery oversight.

Requirements

• Must have full work rights in Singapore (no sponsorship provided).
• 8+ years of experience in software, cloud, or AI/ML architecture.
• 3+ years of experience building production AI or agentic systems.
• Strong proficiency with AWS services such as Bedrock, Lambda, API Gateway, and SageMaker.
• Proven experience with RAG, orchestration frameworks, and LLM systems.
• Background in regulated industries such as BFSI or telecommunications.
• Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills.
