What you will do

• Lead end-to-end ownership of ML implementations, from gathering technical requirements to productionizing systems within client environments.
• Act as a subject matter expert on LLM capabilities and implementation patterns for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Guide model training and tuning using proprietary client data, optimizing for specific constraints such as GPU types and air-gapping.
• Execute global technical strategies for ML integration, ensuring compliance with sector-specific security standards and performance SLAs.
• Develop reusable playbooks and libraries to accelerate the deployment of ML solutions across diverse client environments.
• Collaborate with internal product, research, and sales teams to address real-world infrastructure bottlenecks and emerging technical standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role (Forward Deployed/Consulting) or as a Software/ML Engineer.
• Proven expertise in the ML lifecycle (training, optimization, deployment) within production environments.
• Experience deploying high-performance software involving cloud or on-premise ML workloads.
• Proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud services like SageMaker, Vertex AI, or Azure AI.
