What you will do

• Manage L2 support tickets, ensuring prompt resolution and clear documentation in the knowledge base.
• Analyze automated business processes to identify and eliminate potential performance bottlenecks.
• Technically extend, improve, and customize existing automation solutions for clients.
• Collaborate with L1 support and development teams to address complex technical challenges.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance of automation artifacts.
• Provide expertise and guidance during client onboarding and service transition phases.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in automation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a critical mindset.
• Experience in programming with .NET, C#, VBA, Java, Powershell, or Python.
• Proficiency with UiPath and RPA technologies.
• Understanding of the full software development lifecycle.
• Good communication skills for building strong customer relationships.

Nice to have

• Experience with Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or other RPA tools.
• Knowledge of SQL, Tableau, or Microsoft Power BI.
• Understanding of ITIL concepts, incident, and change management.
• Exposure to AI-driven automation, LLMs, or orchestration frameworks like LangChain.
