TL;DR

Executive Communications Lead (Corporate Affairs): Delivering high-quality executive communications and strategic narratives for the CEO and senior leadership with an accent on alignment with corporate strategy and stakeholder engagement. Focus on translating complex business issues into compelling content for diverse audiences including investors, employees, and policymakers.

Location: Must be based in London, UK (3 days a week on-site)

What you will do

  • Draft and develop executive communications including speeches, briefings, and presentations.
  • Maintain a consistent tone of voice across all senior leadership content.
  • Synthesize complex business input into coherent executive narratives.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders to manage content delivery.
  • Handle sensitive communications with sound judgment and discretion.
  • Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in executive communications, specifically speeches and briefings.
  • Proven track record as a high-quality writer for senior leaders.
  • Ability to simplify complex topics into clear and compelling narratives.
  • Experience working in large-scale or regulated organizations.
  • Must be able to work on-site in London 3 days per week.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and attention to detail.

Nice to have

  • Background in consultancy or corporate affairs.
  • Exposure to financial reporting or investor-related communications.
  • Experience working directly with executive office teams.
