What you will do

• Lead end-to-end technical implementation and white-glove onboarding of APIs for global partners.
• Collaborate with internal R&D and Engineering teams to design custom software workflows for complex integrations.
• Monitor integration health and identify API bottlenecks using tools like Grafana, Kibana, and OpenSearch.
• Review technical documentation to assess integration complexity and provide feature feedback to product teams.
• Serve as the primary technical escalation point between external engineering teams and internal Sales/Customer Success units.

Requirements

• Fluent, confident English (written and spoken) is required to manage global clients and align with international teams.
• Deep, hands-on experience implementing, troubleshooting, and integrating REST APIs.
• Direct B2B experience in a tech-facing role such as Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, or Integration Engineer.
• Strong ability to diagnose problems by analyzing system metrics and logs.
• Must be based in Brazil as per the role's location requirements.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related).
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript/Node.js, or Go.
• Understanding of modern software development methodologies and API infrastructure.
