Salary: $128,470 – $192,710

What you will do

• Lead delivery of high-impact digital initiatives from concept through execution.
• Act as an embedded partner across teams to drive clarity and sustained forward momentum.
• Facilitate decision-making and resolve complex challenges with competing priorities.
• Drive cross-functional alignment on priorities, ownership, and execution approach.
• Identify and remove risks, dependencies, and blockers to enable effective team performance.
• Translate strategy into coordinated action and provide clear updates to leadership.

Requirements

• Must be based in Peoria, IL and able to work onsite 5 days a week.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
• Proven experience in tactical and strategic planning and project administration.
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment without direct authority.
• Experience in decision-making, critical thinking, and data gathering/reporting.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments without predefined processes.

Nice to have

• 4-year college degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, or Mathematics.
• Experience with Service Events Domain data (Work Orders, SMCS hierarchies, fluid sampling, etc.).
