Salary: CAD $110,000 - $125,000 annually

What you will do

• Own and maintain the Secure Access product build system and infrastructure.
• Optimize build performance, reliability, and proactively address system health issues.
• Manage source code branch structures, code integration, and merge strategies.
• Execute release tasks and coordinate schedules with development teams.
• Design and implement automation initiatives to streamline build processes.
• Evaluate and integrate new tools to advance the engineering infrastructure.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of professional experience in DevOps or build engineering.
• Strong scripting and automation skills in Python, Bash, PowerShell, or Perl.
• Proven experience managing build systems in production environments.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD practices, version control, and branching strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-team coordination.

Nice to have

• Experience with Perforce and Git version control systems.
• Proficiency with Jenkins or similar CI/CD platforms.
• Experience writing and maintaining makefiles, gradle, and build scripts.
• Familiarity with C++ and Java development environments.
