Offers & Payments Operations - Internship (m/f/d)

What you will do

• Coordinate B2C offer launches with cross-functional teams.
• Manage promotional code delivery and perform QA and health checks across platforms.
• Monitor subscription flows and investigate payment-related issues.
• Challenge and optimize monitoring methods and collaborate with Payment Engineering on solutions.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program at a business or engineering school or university.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and adapt to a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English required.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets, Slides, and Docs.
• Knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools such as Looker Studio or Tableau, or strong willingness to learn.
