What you will do

• Design and develop advanced CNO tools and techniques for high-priority missions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
• Perform kernel-level programming and reverse engineering to support mission objectives.
• Manage and supervise development teams in support of government CNO capability development.
• Ensure tools are tested, maintained, and ready for operational success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex cybersecurity challenges.

Requirements

• Must hold or be eligible for TS/SCI + FSP + CI Poly clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of experience or Master’s degree with 10+ years of experience.
• Minimum 8 years of programming experience in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing and supervising teams in CNO capability development.
• Minimum 5 years of experience programming CNO tools for the US Government.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in network sockets programming and application-level protocols.
