Principal Senior CNO Developer (Onsite)

Location: Onsite in Annapolis Junction, Maryland, United States

Salary: $122,000–$253,000 per year, commensurate with qualifications, experience, and expertise.

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and maintain advanced CNO capabilities for high-priority mission requirements.
• Program CNO tools for Government missions, including techniques for evading host- and network-based intrusion detection systems.
• Develop Windows and UNIX applications using appropriate development and build environments.
• Apply exploitation techniques, operating-system internals, kernel-level programming, encryption, defense evasion, and network interception.
• Lead and supervise teams supporting Government CNO capability development.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure tools are ready for operational use.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 12 years of experience or master’s degree with 10 years of experience.
• At least 8 years of programming experience with Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, and/or Python.
• At least 7 years of Windows or UNIX application development experience.
• At least 6 years of experience developing CNO tools and techniques, including 5 years programming CNO tools for the U.S. Government.
• At least 5 years managing and supervising teams supporting Government CNO capability development.
• Experience with network sockets, application-level protocols, reverse engineering tools, exploitation mitigations, Git, configuration management, Scrum, and Kanban.
