Salary: $35/hr. to $40/hr. ($73k to $80k) plus 9% bonus.

What you will do

• Review, prepare, and submit permitting applications for utility pole attachments and rights-of-way.
• Track and report high-volume permit statuses and manage internal/vendor fee payments.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to facilitate permit drawings and construction documents.
• Serve as a liaison between internal teams and municipal agencies to ensure compliance.
• Assess and resolve complex permitting risks to prevent field operation delays.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and cost reduction.

Requirements

• Must reside within 45 minutes of the Wilkes-Barre & Scranton, PA market.
• Strong experience in multi-agency and multi-jurisdictional permitting environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint for data maintenance.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with municipal departments and commissions.
• Familiarity with zoning and permitting regulations.
