What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end development and productionalization of sophisticated AI solutions for healthcare use cases.
• Architect and implement complex AI models and algorithms using Python and cloud platforms like GCP Vertex AI.
• Partner with product and business stakeholders to identify and prioritize opportunities for AI-driven process automation.
• Develop robust, scalable systems for deploying AI models into production environments.
• Define evaluation and validation frameworks to ensure model accuracy, fairness, and performance.
• Mentor junior engineers on best practices in AI development and system design.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or equivalent experience (Master’s/PhD preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in analytics, technology, or software engineering.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with machine learning, deep learning, and AI models like LLMs.
• Expert proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience deploying and managing ML models in cloud environments like GCP, AWS, or Azure.
