What you will do

• Develop blog topics and repurpose content for social media posts, newsletters, and video scripts.
• Maintain and schedule a consistent social media calendar using tools like Sociamonials.
• Draft and coordinate monthly newsletters to support subscriber growth and engagement.
• Support the setup and management of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns and track conversions.
• Build referral-source lists and execute outreach campaigns to identify new growth opportunities.
• Update website content on Wix and implement SEO tasks including metadata and content structuring.

Requirements

• Strong written English communication skills for professional content creation.
• Ability to work during Eastern Time (EST) business hours (9am - 4pm).
• Proven experience with social media and content creation (portfolio required for prioritization).
• Proficiency with Monday.com, Canva, and various AI tools.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote work setup.
• Ability to adhere to professional boundaries and healthcare compliance guidelines.

Nice to have

• Experience with Wix and website content management.
• Basic to intermediate SEO knowledge.
