What you will do

• Build, update, and optimize email campaigns and automated flows using Klaviyo.
• Develop comprehensive customer journeys, including welcome, abandoned cart, winback, and reactivation flows.
• Implement segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies across different brands and markets.
• Drive CRM performance improvements through A/B testing and continuous campaign optimization.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create layouts, subject lines, and basic copy.
• Coordinate push notification campaigns and potentially expand into SMS and WhatsApp channels.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Klaviyo and CRM/email marketing.
• Strong understanding of automated flows, segmentation, and customer journeys.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email creation.
• Fluency in at least one of the following languages: French, German, or Italian.
• English proficiency required for internal communication.
• Ability to work autonomously as a freelancer for approximately 20 hours per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with Figma, Canva, or AI tools.
• Experience with SMS, WhatsApp, and push notification campaigns.
• Background in e-commerce, B2B, or multi-market environments.
