Sr. Consultant, Professional Services (Identity and Messaging)

Location: Chicago, Illinois; Texas; California; or Florida, United States. Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

Salary: $116,800–$146,000 annual base pay in Texas, Illinois, and California, plus 14% target incentives; $110,960–$138,700 annual base pay in Florida, plus 14% target incentives.

What you will do

• Consult with enterprise and public sector clients on Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange, and migration engagements.
• Lead planning, setup, configuration, administration, upgrades, installations, migrations, and security policy design.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft Teams in line with contract SLAs.
• Lead service delivery functions and technical teams for complex solution and service deployments.
• Mentor consultants, engineers, and technicians while developing their technical and soft skills.
• Act as a technical authority for client engagements, statements of work, events, and speaking engagements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a client-facing professional services role or 7+ years of related industry experience.
• Technical expertise in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Exchange, Quest On-Demand, and BitTitan MigrationWiz.
• Certifications or training in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure Fundamentals, Windows Server Hybrid, Quest On-Demand Migration, BitTitan MigrationWiz, and ITIL v4 Foundation.
• Computer Science or Information Technology degree, diploma, or equivalent industry experience.
• Strong problem-solving, customer relationship, technical consulting, and communication skills.
• Must be located in Chicago, Texas, California, or Florida, United States.
