What you will do

  • Coordinate and manage daily service work orders from scheduling through completion.
  • Dispatch technicians across active service calls and preventative maintenance work.
  • Communicate with customers regarding service updates, timelines, and next steps.
  • Track open work orders, estimates, invoices, and parts requirements to ensure timely completion.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements as the business scales.
  • Support after-hours or emergency coordination when required.

Requirements

  • Strong operational follow-through and high organizational skills.
  • Experience in dispatch, facilities maintenance, customer operations, or field service coordination.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and schedules in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to occasionally travel to customer or field locations.
  • Proficiency in using software platforms and mobile apps to manage work orders.

Nice to have

  • Experience in commercial facilities maintenance or trades operations (HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical).
  • Experience in restaurant, hospitality, retail, or multi-site commercial environments.
  • Experience working in a startup or fast-growth operational environment.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English/French or English/Spanish.
