Technical Support Engineer (Web3)

What you will do

• Support partners throughout the integration process, from initial setup to launch.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in collaboration with the engineering team.
• Identify and suggest improvements to streamline the integration experience.
• Represent the company in partner communication channels like Discord, Telegram, and Slack.
• Maintain and expand internal documentation and the partner knowledge base.
• Share partner feedback with product and tech teams to influence roadmap decisions.

Requirements

• Experience with Web3 or blockchain technologies, including NFTs, smart contracts, and DeFi.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on process improvement.
• Technical aptitude, including comfort with APIs, testing integrations, and reading code snippets.
• Ability to work independently within a distributed team.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of JavaScript, APIs, or SQL.
• Experience in a similar integration or technical support role.
• Active presence in Web3 communities such as Discord, Twitter, or Reddit.
