What you will do

• Brief, plan, and execute high-impact paid video ads for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google App Campaigns.
• Own the video pipeline from end to end, including direct-response funnel ideation and scriptwriting.
• Conduct hands-on studio and location videography using Sony FX series cameras and professional lighting.
• Manage advanced post-production, including editing, pacing, sound design, and color grading.
• Integrate generative AI tools like Higgsfield, ElevenLabs, Midjourney, and Kling to scale visual assets.
• Collaborate with creative teammates to ensure brand consistency and optimize asset workflows.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience producing conversion-focused paid media ads for B2C mobile apps or e-commerce.
• Deep expertise with the Sony FX cinema line (FX3/FX6) and studio lighting configurations.
• Advanced skills in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Familiarity with generative AI video tools and supporting platforms.
• Strong capabilities in scriptwriting and conversion copywriting.
• Right to work in the EU/Austria and based in Vienna or open to relocating.

• Experience in a performance marketing agency or high-growth consumer-tech startup.
• Advanced motion graphics skills.
