Customer Support Agent (Web3)

What you will do

• Communicate with users through live chat, email, and help centre content.
• Identify and report product bugs and glitches, investigate user issues, and help locate fixes.
• Collect user feedback and feature requests for the product team.
• Analyse user behaviour, detect patterns, and group users based on data.
• Use AI to adjust the product for different user groups and define group-specific rules.
• Collaborate with other teams to turn customer pain points into product features and advocate for improved user experience.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn unstructured information into a system.
• Interest in learning Web3, blockchain, decentralisation, smart contracts, and traditional payment systems.
• Impeccable written and fluent spoken English.
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and understanding of cultural differences across diverse user groups.
• Ability to think quickly and investigate problems to their root cause.
