What you will do

• Conduct 1:1 teleconsultations for parents and caregivers of children with learning and behavioral needs.
• Support neurodivergent professionals and their managers with workplace navigation and executive functioning skills.
• Provide behavior analytic tips and strategies for home and community implementation.
• Guide clients through school systems, IEP processes, and transitions to adulthood.
• Maintain detailed clinical notes, recommendations, and referrals within a 1-business-day response window.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive support.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree or higher.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience using ABA principles with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Minimum 3 years of experience conducting parent training using ABA principles.
• Bilingual proficiency in Italian is required.
• Ability to work across international time zones.

• Experience supporting adults in the workplace.
• Background in counseling or learning disabilities.
• Personal experience as a neurodivergent professional.
