What you will do

• Coordinate the clinical journey for members, providing emotional support and case management in Spanish, English, and Portuguese.
• Conduct clinical evaluations, risk assessments (ATS), and short-term evidence-based interventions using CBT.
• Act as the primary clinical contact for provider networks in English, Portuguese, and Spanish regions.
• Maintain detailed clinical records in Salesforce according to global standards and local legal requirements.
• Provide immediate bilingual support and follow-up for high-risk cases in the region.

Requirements

• Full fluency (C1 level) in Spanish, English, and Portuguese for conducting therapy and writing technical clinical notes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
• Registered Health Psychologist (Psicólogo General Sanitario) or equivalent accreditation to practice clinically in Spain.
• 3+ years of experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and clinical assessment.
• Experience utilizing CRMs and clinical management platforms.
