What you will do

• Grow organic presence across Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Develop community engagement playbooks for different platforms.
• Build and scale hirify.global’s subreddits into trusted communities.
• Create content strategies that leverage AI while maintaining authenticity.
• Collaborate with Growth and Content teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Track key metrics including sentiment, share of voice, and LLM citations.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in community management or organic social media.
• Proven ability to write authentic, non-corporate content that resonates with users.
• Understanding of SEO principles and how LLMs cite sources.
• Experience in fintech, insurtech, or other regulated consumer categories is highly preferred.
• Ability to build systems and engagement strategies rather than just posting content.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada.
