What you will do

• Drive organic UGC and amplification to spark and promote community-generated content.
• Act as the brand's voice in DMs and comments across X, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Manage and curate a 24/7 moderator team for Telegram and Discord to maintain community health.
• Convert community signals and insights into actionable steps for social and product teams.
• Identify trends on priority channels (X, Instagram) to increase organic reach and visibility.
• Build and manage partner relationships for co-marketing and content amplification.

Requirements

• Proven experience in community management or social engagement, ideally in crypto, web3, or fintech.
• English: C1 level required for fast, on-brand conversation across different tones.
• Deep expertise in X and Instagram culture and real-time engagement trends.
• Experience coordinating round-the-clock moderator team coverage.
• Ability to translate community activity into clear, actionable points for the company.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to optimize monitoring and content drafting.
