Senior Backend Developer (JavaScript/TypeScript)

Location: Cyprus, Limassol; remote probation period followed by work from an A-class office

What you will do

• Develop and support hirify.global's backend platform.
• Implement new functionality and optimize and maintain the product.
• Participate in designing the project architecture.
• Collaborate with the founder, designer, and product owner to deliver product improvements.
• Respond to customer feedback by improving frameworks and tools.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of backend development experience.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience with MongoDB and Redis.
• Experience with system release engineering and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with the Moleculer framework.
• Experience developing a product independently or in a small team; independence and openness to new ideas.
