What you will do

• Monitor and maintain operational workflows to ensure processing accuracy and meet service level targets.
• Troubleshoot workflow issues and coordinate resolutions with internal stakeholders.
• Generate, review, and analyze operational reports and data queries.
• Analyze performance metrics of automated workflows to identify system issues or processing delays.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business pain points and operational challenges.
• Assess enhancement requests and monitor the status of existing automation improvements.

Requirements

• Previous operations experience and exposure to DevOps environments.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools including SQL, Python, Tableau, and Excel.
• Experience monitoring automated workflows and coordinating with technical teams to resolve defects.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop data-driven recommendations.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships and working within cross-functional teams.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
