What you will do

• Validate new software releases and test end-to-end operational scenarios from an operator's perspective.
• Identify bugs, workflow gaps, and training issues, communicating their operational impact to the team.
• Prepare deployment packages including software, hardware, and training documentation for field use.
• Provide hands-on technical support, installation, and maintenance of systems in forward-deployed environments.
• Develop practical training materials and conduct user training virtually and in the field.
• Capture and translate user feedback into clear product observations for engineering teams.

Requirements

• Experience serving in or working directly with the U.S. military.
• Active U.S. Secret security clearance.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, Linux), and command-line navigation.
• Knowledge of fundamental networking concepts including TCP/IP and Ethernet.
• Strong communication skills for training military personnel and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to operate effectively in high-stakes environments with a bias toward execution.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Army, Marine Corps, Air Force, or joint logistics systems and maintenance workflows.
• Experience training military personnel on new technical systems or procedures.
• Comfort with Linux logs, databases, and basic scripting.
• Experience operating in tactical operations centers, command posts, or field exercises.
• Ability to travel to customer sites and military bases.
