What you will do

• Execute M&A, debt issuances, and IPOs for TMT and digital infrastructure clients.
• Perform complex financial valuations including DCF, LBO, and accretion/dilution analyses.
• Lead transaction-related communications between internal product groups and client executives.
• Prepare high-level marketing materials, sales memoranda, and SEC-filed regulatory documents.
• Mentor and train teams of investment banking associates and analysts.
• Conduct due diligence sessions with senior executives, suppliers, and customers to evaluate business models.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or related field with 5+ years of experience, or Master's with 3+ years.
• Proven expertise in quantitative valuation (DCF, LBO, sum-of-the-parts) using databases like S&P Global Market Intelligence.
• Experience preparing deal origination pitches, prospectuses, and investor presentations.
• Ability to deliver financial presentations to executive-level clients in the TMT sector.
• FINRA Series 79 license required within 3 months of hire.
• Ability to travel domestically (approximately 10% of the time).
