Location: Hybrid in Florianópolis, Brazil
Salary: BRL 500 - 700

What you will do
- Perform administrative tasks, including the development of equipment manuals and documentation.
- Manage the relationship and onboarding process for new clients joining the platform.
- Provide operational support to Customer Success team members.
- Continuously acquire new skills and tackle new challenges within the LatAm team.
Requirements
- Academic background in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields).
- Great knowledge of English.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Passion for teaching and a positive attitude toward solving problems.
- Energy and enthusiasm for working directly with clients.
- Availability for regular travel.
