What you will do

• Support the CEO in monitoring and optimizing the expansion business plan, specifically regarding revenues and costs.
• Improve and automate revenue monitoring processes and design automated dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
• Oversee cost management, lead annual budgeting, and perform variance analyses.
• Build and document the Target Operating Model (TOM) to support workforce and transformation planning.
• Conduct strategic qualitative and quantitative analyses to support decision-making and market intelligence.
• Collaborate with Client & Programme Management to ensure successful execution of transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience in financial analysis, business operations, or strategy, ideally within fintech or trading technology.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI.
• Fluency in English and Italian (spoken and written) is required.
• Must be based in Milan, Italy.
