What you will do

• Develop and optimize credit risk strategies across the entire card lifecycle, including underwriting, pricing, and collections.
• Leverage QuickBooks customer data and cashflow analysis to enhance risk management and underwriting accuracy.
• Design and execute A/B tests to evaluate credit risk and return tradeoffs using hypothesis testing.
• Partner with Data Science teams to develop and deploy models for default risk, utilization, and profitability prediction.
• Establish performance monitoring frameworks and report on key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Marketing teams to implement strategy changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Business, Finance, Math, Engineering).
• Minimum 6 years of experience in credit risk analytics and risk management.
• Proven experience with risk scoring, regression modeling, and machine learning techniques.
• Deep understanding of credit data, bureau attributes, and alternate data sources.
• Proficiency in analytical tools including SQL, SAS, Python, R, and Tableau.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
