What you will do

• Write high-quality, production-ready Python code following established coding standards.
• Design and develop integrations between internal and third-party applications using REST APIs and AWS services.
• Create and maintain AWS Lambda functions and workflows using AWS Step Functions to support scalable APIs.
• Analyze API integration documentation and translate requirements into functional implementation plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment to meet sprint goals and timelines.
• Contribute to technical documentation and participate in peer code reviews to ensure system maintainability.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Python and experience building backend services and APIs.
• Strong understanding of REST API integrations and object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
• Experience or strong interest in serverless architecture and AWS services (Lambda, Step Functions, API Gateway, SQS).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SOAP APIs.
• Experience with Scrum and agile methodologies.
