TL;DR

Focus on creating bespoke enablement plans, delivering scalable training, and collaborating cross-functionally to mitigate renewal risks.

Location: Hybrid based in the London hub (United Kingdom)

What you will do

  • Manage the adoption journey for a portfolio of large, strategic customers.
  • Develop bespoke enablement plans and proactive engagement strategies using product data to drive measurable value.
  • Deliver live and scalable training sessions customized to customer maturity and needs.
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders ranging from individual contributors to senior leaders.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives on account reviews, expansion opportunities, and renewal risk mitigation.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Onboarding Managers, Technical Account Managers, and Solutions Consultants.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Customer Success, Customer Enablement, or relevant SaaS customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customer personas.
  • Strong product knowledge and a consultative approach to solving challenges.
  • Track record of driving impactful outcomes and effective cross-functional collaboration.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the London hub.

Nice to have

  • Experience using Figma or other design and collaboration tools.
  • Background in UX/UI, Design Ops, or Frontend Development.
