Location: Must be based in Luxembourg (Hybrid: required to spend at least four full days each week in the office)

What you will do

• Own and oversee the control framework for NAV oversight, validating key controls and TPA reporting.
• Monitor and report on TPA performance measured against agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Lead monthly and periodic service review meetings across fund ranges to drive accountability and issue resolution.
• Manage operational readiness and oversight for product launches and change initiatives.
• Oversee regulatory and financial reporting for Luxembourg-domiciled funds to ensure compliance.
• Lead periodic due diligence reviews of TPAs, assessing operational resilience and control environments.

Requirements

• Proven experience in asset management, fund administration, or NAV oversight, including managing Third Party Administrators.
• Deep understanding of the Luxembourg regulatory environment, including UCITS, AIFM, and CSSF expectations.
• Experience reviewing fund documentation, prospectuses, SLAs, and operating models.
• Knowledge of NAV calculation processes, including pricing, FX, and hedging.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
• Must be located in Luxembourg and available to work from the office 4+ days per week.

• Experience with complex asset classes such as bank loans or real estate.
