What you will do

• Manage financial operations for the entire business, reporting directly to the CFO.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across business, finance, and operations.
• Scale and manage the internal finance team within Luxembourg.

Requirements

• 3+ years of accounting background with full fluency in US GAAP or IFRS.
• Japanese language proficiency at B2 level (minimum).
• Strong understanding of crypto finance.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Luxembourg.
