Senior Accountant (Media)

What you will do

• Prepare and record journal entries using SAP and manage month-end/quarter-end accounting closes.
• Perform balance sheet account reconciliations in Blackline and manage Fixed Assets and CIP.
• Collaborate with the UK finance team on cost transfers, intercompany eliminations, and transfer pricing.
• Generate invoices for platform revenues and analyze foreign currency impacts between GBP and USD.
• Support planning processes, including annual budgets, long-range planning, and operator reviews.
• Improve business processes through automation and assist in the documentation of SOX controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 3+ years of accounting experience; CPA or on track.
• Public accounting experience preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must be based in or able to work from the New York office at least four days per week.
