What you will do

• Design and develop AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio to solve operational use cases.
• Configure topics, instructions, flows, and knowledge sources in Copilot Studio.
• Optimize LLM output quality through advanced prompt engineering and structured instructions.
• Implement safety guardrails and hallucination minimization techniques like grounding and validation checks.
• Document agent design, decision logic, and maintain audit trails for experiments.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with low-code agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio and the PowerPlatform environment.
• Strong working knowledge of generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Practical experience with prompt engineering beyond basic usage.
• Mandatory enrollment at a Dutch university (or EU-university for EU passport holders).
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
