What you will do

• Perform onsite maintenance, inspection, and analysis of mobile equipment to meet end-user expectations.
• Mentor, coach, and develop technicians, delegating daily assignments and overseeing shift performance.
• Monitor system failures, report issues, and implement corrective actions to improve fleet productivity.
• Ensure the preventive maintenance schedule is completed on time and in full per specifications.
• Perform physical fleet inspections every two weeks and process all maintenance paperwork.
• Collaborate with customers to identify issues and suggest improvements for truck repairs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Advanced mechanical and electrical (AC/DC) troubleshooting skills, including reading electrical diagrams.
• Experience working with hydraulic systems.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and work in extreme weather conditions.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Spring Hill, TN.
