What you will do

• Build and optimize personalized recommendation systems to enhance user experience and improve business conversion rates.
• Develop and productionize ML/AI systems for search ranking, recommendation, and content intelligence.
• Apply advanced algorithms and data mining techniques to solve real-world business problems at scale.
• Utilize AI tools and agents within the daily development workflow to accelerate delivery.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a data scientist, quantitative researcher, or analyst with measurable business impact.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and its quantitative analysis ecosystem.
• Strong foundation in probability theory, statistics, machine learning, and linear algebra.
• Professional knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases.
• Degree in Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Financial Engineering, or a related technical field.

Nice to have

• Experience with Apache Spark.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Microsoft Azure.
• Relevant knowledge or professional experience in the gaming industry.
• Strong computer science background.
