What you will do

• Define and lead end-to-end AI/ML and GenAI architecture, aligning strategy with enterprise data platforms and digital transformation goals.
• Architect predictive analytics models, NLP text analytics, and GenAI use cases such as copilots and automation.
• Implement data strategy and governance frameworks ensuring compliance with GxP, HIPAA, and GDPR standards.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, leading solutioning discussions, architecture workshops, and RFPs.
• Mentor data scientists and ML engineers while managing cross-functional and globally distributed teams.
• Build reusable AI accelerators and frameworks to support GTM initiatives and innovation.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in AI/ML, Data Architecture, or Advanced Analytics.
• Mandatory experience in the Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences domain.
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and Machine Learning/Deep Learning frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), data lakes, and MLOps frameworks.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based on the West Coast of the US.
