What you will do

• Support indirect tax reporting processes across multiple jurisdictions, collaborating with internal teams and external advisors for VAT, GST, and sales tax filings.
• Collect, organize, and validate financial data and documentation required for accurate tax reporting.
• Prepare and review indirect tax calculations and reports to ensure data completeness.
• Analyze large datasets related to transactions and cross-border operations to ensure correct tax treatment.
• Monitor regulatory updates and assess their potential impact on existing reporting processes.
• Contribute to improving and automating tax reporting workflows to increase data quality and efficiency.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in tax, accounting, or finance, preferably within Big 4, consulting firms, or international companies.
• Basic understanding of indirect taxation principles (VAT / GST / sales tax).
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to structure complex financial information.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for working with large datasets.
• English: Upper-intermediate (B2) proficiency required.
• Location: Must be based in Ukraine.
