What you will do

• Define and own the enterprise security strategy and multi-year roadmap to guide business risk decisions.
• Design and implement a zero-trust security architecture across AWS, SaaS, endpoints, and network identity.
• Evaluate, deploy, and manage the full security stack, including EDR/XDR, SASE/SWG, SIEM, and DLP.
• Lead the full incident response lifecycle and engineer high-fidelity detections mapped to MITRE ATT&CK.
• Build a security governance framework from the ground up aligned with ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR.
• Architect and enforce identity strategies involving SSO, MFA, and least-privilege access policies.

Requirements

• 6+ years in security engineering or security operations with a track record of maturing security functions.
• Deep hands-on experience managing enterprise tools such as SIEM, EDR/XDR, and SASE/SWG.
• Expert knowledge of IAM (SAML, OAuth, SCIM) and proven zero trust production implementations.
• Strong scripting and automation capabilities using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Direct experience writing security policies and leading audit engagements (ISO 27001, SOC 2).
• Experience securing cloud-native environments, preferably AWS.

Nice to have

• Experience in iGaming or fintech regulated industries.
• Background in AppSec, API security testing, or secure SDLC.
• Senior certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC.
• Experience with AWS cloud security tooling (GuardDuty, Security Hub).
