What you will do

• Execute local marketing plans in close partnership with CTP Europe brand teams.
• Plan and implement product launches and promotional activities in the local market.
• Manage POS materials to ensure strong brand visibility and compliance with guidelines at B&M and online retailers.
• Coordinate 360-degree marketing campaigns and funnel strategies across all touchpoints.
• Organize trade shows, events, and customer engagement activities.
• Track marketing KPIs and manage the budget in accordance with financial guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in trade, digital, or brand marketing within a consumer-focused environment.
• Fluent Turkish and professional English skills.
• Strong interest in branding, consumer behavior, and design-driven products.
• Proven ability to execute marketing campaigns across both online and offline channels.
• Hands-on, proactive approach with strong project coordination skills.
