What you will do

• Manage and maintain Extreme Cloud products and services and develop the Edge Cloud Support System.
• Troubleshoot and resolve cloud infrastructure and application-related issues.
• Implement and improve deployment automation platforms for Kubernetes-based microservices.
• Optimize service availability and scalability through tuning, automation, and tools.
• Analyze service performance to identify bottlenecks and create actionable improvement plans.
• Collaborate with global teams in the US, EU, and China to ensure 24/7 support and cloud security compliance.

Requirements

• BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in a CloudOps or DevOps role.
• Hands-on experience with AWS or other public clouds (Azure, GCP).
• Proficiency with container-based architecture and deployment (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with deployment automation tools including ArgoCD, Terraform, and Helm.
• Strong working knowledge of Linux, security, networking fundamentals, and data tools like PostgreSQL, Kafka, and Redis.
