What you will do
- Monitor all active IT initiatives to ensure accurate status tracking and milestone alignment.
- Collaborate with the Senior IT Portfolio Manager to assess performance and propose adjustments for delivery issues.
- Coordinate and facilitate regular portfolio review sessions focused on in-flight performance.
- Manage and maintain visibility of interdependencies across multiple IT initiatives.
- Interpret data and metrics to provide support for timely business decision-making.
Requirements
- Proven experience in the operational management of IT portfolios with a focus on demand and control.
- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous initiatives while focusing on business outcomes.
- Strong aptitude for interpreting data and metrics.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and contexts.
- Must be based in or able to work in Reading, UK on a hybrid basis
