What you will do

• Design high-quality creative assets for digital, print, and social channels, including presentations, infographics, and marketing collateral.
• Execute integrated marketing campaigns and create branded experiences for executive events and conferences.
• Develop visual assets for websites and landing pages using CMS block components (HubSpot, Drupal, Webflow).
• Produce sales enablement graphics and visual storytelling elements to simplify complex value propositions.
• Leverage AI-powered creative tools to accelerate ideation, image creation, and production workflows.
• Ensure all deliverables adhere to brand guidelines and maintain organized digital asset libraries.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and working knowledge of Figma.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn AI-powered creative tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with Adobe After Effects or basic motion graphics.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms like HubSpot, Drupal, or Webflow.
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
• Experience designing for B2B marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency with generative AI tools such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, or Figma AI.
